Any of the following could be the reasons for cancelling an order by DANIER.
1. Item is sold out or damaged
Unfortunately, due to discrepancies in inventory that may happen from time to time, we may not be able to fulfil your order. In this case, we will email you to let you know that we’ve cancelled your order and that we are unable to ship the specific item(s) that are out of stock or damaged. We will cancel your order and process the refund.
2. Suspicion of a fraudulent order

The tracking number of your order is provided in the order shipment confirmation email that we will send you once your order is shipped.
The signup email coupon code is applicable on regular priced items only and cannot be used for sale and final sale/clearance items.
Yes, you can use the signup email coupon code at any DANIER store, but you must present your unique code email to the store to receive the discount. The coupon code can only be used for regular priced items.

Returns and Exchanges
Regrettably, we are not able to process exchanges in stores at this time. Any exchanges/returns must be completed through our online portal only.
You may complete a return request by following the link provided below. Once approved, (please allow 2-3 business days for approval), you will receive further instructions on how to return your package.
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return and the refund will credited to your account in 3 to 5 business days based on your bank.
Price adjustments can be made on regular priced items with the original receipt, and within in 7 days of date of purchase to the sale.
Regrettably, we do not offer any gift cards.
Danier Leather Gift cards were issued prior to 2016 and therefore we are unable to honour them. Danier Leather went bankrupt in 2016. DANIER is under new ownership, and as such, cannot honour any gift cards from the former Danier Leather. You may contact the bankruptcy trustee at www.ksvadvisory.com to request if you are still able to apply for a refund of your gift card value.
All DANIER apparel and accessories are quality guaranteed for 60 days after purchase, excluding Clearance and Sample Sale merchandise. This quality guarantee includes stitching and hardware issues only.
