TERMS & CONDITIONS
SPONSOR/ADMINISTRATOR. The sponsor and administrator of this Giveaway is Danier (Division of Ramhi Global Retails Inc.) (the “Giveaway Sponsor and Administrator”).
ELIGIBILITY
- The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Canada, who have reached the age of thirteen (13) years at the time of entry.
- The Giveaway is not open to employees, representatives and agents of the Giveaway Sponsor, the Administrator, or their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, shareholders, members, officers, directors, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, Giveaway prize suppliers or judges (collectively, the “Giveaway Parties”), or members of the immediate families (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) of persons domiciled with (whether related or not), any of the above.
- Entrants between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in their province/territory of residence will require the permission of their parent or legal guardian to enter the Giveaway.
- In the event it is discovered that parental consent was not obtained, the entry will be void. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to the minor’s parent or legal guardian.

- The Giveaway will begin at 12:00:01 AM ET on Mon. Dec. 14, 2020 and will end at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sat. Dec. 20th, 2020 (the “Giveaway Period”). Winners will be announced via Danier_Official and will be contacted through Instagram's direct messaging platform on Sat. Dec. 19th before 11:59:59 PM ET. Giveaway winners will receive their item via mail before Fri. Jan. 8th 2020
