What You’ll Do
Customer Care & Customer Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding online and in-store purchases, product information, promotions, returns, exchanges, and order status.
- Assist customers with website navigation and online ordering.
- Build customer loyalty by creating a positive experience and in everything you do, listen to the customer’s point of view.
- Maintain customer log for every interaction and follow through to resolution.
- Remain current product knowledge, promotions, policies, and company initiatives to provide informed support.
- Support fulfillment activities, including packaging and preparing customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities as required.
- Support inventory cycle counts.
What You’ll Bring
- A positive can-do attitude and a genuine passion for satisfying the customers’ need to feel good about themselves.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience in fashion luxury retail, E-Commerce, or Store Support Centre.
- Bilingual French/English language skills are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate between phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and excel .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Post-secondary diploma preferred
- Must be available to work on Black Friday and Boxing Day or on weekends during the peak season.
