SHIPPING STANDARD DURING HOLIDAY POLICY

  • FREE Standard shipping using Canada Post Expedited Parcel ia available on all orders placed between Nov 17,2018 - Jan 5,2019. Please note that this service is not guaranteed for delivery before Dec 24th,2018.
  • Customers may select UPS Expedited paid service for delivery to most Canadian addresses. Service for delivery on or before Dec 24,2018 on orders placed prior to Dec 16,2018 at 11:59 PM EST.
  • International Parcels (Including to the US) will be shipped using Canada Post service and cannot be guaranteed for receipt on or before Dec 24,2018.

SHIPPING POLICY

DANIER.com offers everyday Free shipping on orders of $100 or more for Canadian Orders only (All International & USA orders are not eligible for Free shipping), not including tax. Orders placed on Friday after 1:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing on the following Monday.  DANIER customer service will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.

Orders will be shipped using "Do not safe drop" service. Orders valued over $300 are shipped with Signature Required to ensure secured delivery of goods.

  • Delivery times do not include Sundays and Holidays.
  • Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

We currently ship to all Canadian postal codes.  Limited shipping options may be available in some areas. We may restrict shipping to certain addresses such as warehouses, freight forwarding/redirecting services and hotels, and post office boxes. 

Additional shipping fees may apply.  Please allow extra time for deliveries to non-major centres and remote locations.  For more information on shipping and to track your packages, visit www.Canadapost.com.  Please note: DANIER is not responsible for delivery delays that may occur as a result of poor weather conditions and parcel volume.  Orders that match or exceed 23 kilograms (50 pounds) will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post facility. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.  We cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!

All taxes and applicable duties will be charged based on shipping address.

Shipping time is not guaranteed at peak periods.  Estimated shipping times do not include order processing time.

Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, or provide a non-deliverable address, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

 

Shipping RESTRICTIONS

  • We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations.
  • Express and Priority delivery are only available for select locations.
  • At this time, we are not able to split and order into multiple shipping destinations.
  • If you add items to your cart and your shipping destination has any shipping restrictions for that country, you may be prompted to remove it before proceeding.   
  • Some items available for sale in Canada are not available for International shipments.  
  • Additionally, you may be asked to remove an item from your shopping cart, if your specific destination country does not permit the import of that item.

 

TAXES

All taxes will be applied subject to federal and provincial tax legislation. Duty, customs tariffs and taxes (including VAT) are set by the destination countries local government and are determined based on a combination of the country of origin of manufacture of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that DANIER support.  The amount of applicable duty, customs tariffs and taxes will vary by country and will be determined by destination country custom. Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard, for all domestic and International orders.
Please note, if you choose to select a payment currency other than your own, your credit card company may assess a fee for converting the currency.

 

 

HOLIDAY POLICY 2019

 

ONLINE POLICY

  • Purchases made online between Nov 11,2018 and Dec 24,2018 may be returned via the online return portal only for a full refund or size exchange until Jan 6, 2019.
  • All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/pages/return-an-item
  • Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with the RA# and instructions on how to return your package. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

ONLINE  EXCHANGES:

  • Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
  • Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

 

ONLINE  RETURNS:

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. Please note, we cannot issue credit notes or gift cards.
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.

 

Sorry, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on Clearance merchandise (ending in $.99). These items are considered FINAL SALE.

 

IN STORE POLICY

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not happy with the comfort, look and fit of your DANIER product, we want to make it easy for you to return.  

 

  • Your original or gift receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
  • All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • All regular priced items to be considered for full refund must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
  • Gift merchandise to be considered for exchange must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
  • Sale merchandise will be considered for exchange only if returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original tags attached and ready for another customer to love.

All Clearance merchandise is Final Sale.
All CARE PRODUCT merchandise is Final Sale.

Wool Garments where protective stitching has been removed from pockets or vents  are FINAL SALE.
Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within in 7 days of purchase.

Price adjustments will not be made on sale merchandise.

Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted after the allowable return period.

All DANIER apparel and accessories are quality guaranteed for 60 days after purchase, excluding Clearance and Sample Sale merchandise.  This quality guarantee includes stitching and hardware issues only.   If you have any concerns about the workmanship of our products, bring them back to one of DANIER locations or send them back us and we will fix or replace it. 

 

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Return shipping costs to the Returns Facility, are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, or the wrong item sent.
  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please complete the return an Item form on www.danier.com and you will be provided with further instructions on how and where returns should be shipped as well as the amount you will be refunded. 
  • Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached within 7 days of receipt, based on Shipping Tracking Receipt records.
  • If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, and/or does not have the original hang tag attached, your return will not be processed, and you will not be refunded.  
  • Sale garments will be considered for size exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of online purchase date.
  • Sale bags and accessories are Final Sale
  • All clearance merchandise (Price ending in .99) is Final Sale.

  • All Care Product merchandise is Final Sale.

We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, when an item is received in our Returns Facility, it will be processed within 5-10 business days.  
Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your credit card.  Customers are responsible for return costs to their nearest return centre.  The shipping fee is not refundable.
If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, taxes or shipping fees related to the item.

We recommend using a trackable service to send you return to avoid lost in transit issues.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by DANIER
 

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Once the item is received and approved for refund, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and taxes originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency as your original order.   The cost of return shipping to our Returns Facility will be at your expense.
  • If an item is cancelled prior to shipping from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, taxes, or shipping fees related to the item.
  • We regret that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by DANIER
  • At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
  • Orders shipped to International destinations cannot be returned to a Danier retail store.
