Holiday RETURN Policy 2021

IN STORE  POLICY

  • For the holiday season, all purchases made in store between Nov 9, 2021  and Dec 24,2021 can be returned or exchanged  until Jan 9, 2022 at any of our store locations.
  • All gifts must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and original receipt present.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment on or before January 9th, 2022. 
  • If paid by credit card, the original card and cardholder must be present. We cannot process manual transactions under any circumstance.
  • Returns made with a gift  receipt may be exchanged or returned for a store credit only. 
  • All Purchases made after December 24th. 2021 will follow our regular 7 day return policy.
  • We cannot accept returns/exchanges on Dec 26 or 27th.
  • CLEARANCE  and Care Product items are FINAL SALE, and can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within in 7 days of purchase on REGULAR PRICED merchandise ONLY.​

 

 ONLINE POLICY

  • Purchases made online between Nov 9, 2021 and Dec 24, 2021 may be returned via the online return portal only for a full refund or size exchange until Jan 9, 2022.
  • All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at www.danier.com/a/returns. Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package. All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • CLEARANCE and Care Product items are FINAL SALE, and can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
  • All Purchases made after December 24th. 2021 will follow our regular 7 day return policy.

   FOR EXCHANGES

  • Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
  • Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

   For RETURNS:

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
  • Please note, we can issue online gift card. 
  • We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.

         Sorry, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on CLEARANCE and Care Product merchandise. These items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
