Here’s the role…
As the Brand Partnership & Wholesale Sales Growth Director, you will shape and execute our wholesale and partnership strategy across Canada, the US, and Europe with an initial focus on the Quebec market. You will lead initiatives to strengthen our brand positioning, build strategic alliances, and unlock new revenue streams through wholesale channels, department stores, specialty retailers, and premium e-commerce platforms.
This is a high-impact leadership role for a commercially driven, relationship-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the luxury and premium retail landscape.
Where your focus will be….
- Wholesale Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive wholesale sales strategy to expand market share across Canada, the US, and Europe.
- Brand Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with premium retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Market Expansion: Drive entry and growth in new markets, leveraging data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and ensuring delivery of revenue targets.
- Brand Development: Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all wholesale and partnership channels.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with top wholesale accounts, ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
- Financial Performance: Own the wholesale P&L, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on sales performance.
- Trend & Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
What you’ll bring to the team…
- 10+ years of progressive experience in wholesale, brand partnerships, or sales leadership within the luxury, fashion, or premium goods sector.
- Proven track record of driving international wholesale growth across North America and Europe.
- Strong network of retail, department store, and e-commerce partners in the luxury/premium space.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and financial acumen.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Oral and written fluency in French required; Multilingual communication skills (Spanish, Italian, or German) are an asset.
