RETURN POLICY

ONLINE POLICY

  • All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns. 
  •  Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package. 
  • FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. 
  • All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.

   FOR EXCHANGES

  • Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
  • Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

   For RETURNS:

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
  • Please note, we do not provide refunds on shipping fees.

         Sorry, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on FINAL SALE and Care Product merchandise. These items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Perfect bag for everyday use! Big enough for everything I need. The two compartments allow me to organize my things: one side for wallet, keys, phone and sunglasses. Other side for makeup, extra fold-up bag, miscellaneous things. Bag is just shallow enough so I don’t have to dig through to the bottom to du d my things. I also like the on trend minimalist look. Quality leather and hardware. Love the D logo.

I first bought this handbag in the oyster colour. The two sided style was perfect for sorting various items I carry. The size is perfect as a shoulder bag and cross body.i decided the same hand bag in black would be perfect for winter. And I would have the same organization. I am a long time Danier customer.
