You will receive the return label through email once your return request is approved.
If the item is not shipped within 7 business days of approval of the return request, it will be canceled.

DANIER WARRANTY

DANIER warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship and may be eligible for repair within 60 days from the initial purchase date (proof of purchase required).

What is covered under the DANIER warranty?
- DANIER trade mark wares
- Zipper malfunction
- Hardware malfunction
- Defects in materials and/or workmanship
What is not covered under the DANIER warranty?- Normal wear & tear due to using the product
- Gradual increase/loss of color/loss of shape due to sun exposure, water, salt, calcium or other chemicals
- Any odor to product and/ or color fading due to solvents or other products used by the customer that are non-DANIER
- Damage due to improper care, misuse, or accident
- Damage caused by a dry cleaner due to negligence (not following care instruction label sewn inside the coat)
- Damage caused by any alteration, service or repair performed by a third-party
