HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY 2023
- Purchases made online between Nov 7, 2023 and Dec 24, 2023 may be returned via the online return portal only for a full refund or size exchange or online store credit until Sunday Jan 7, 2024.
- All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained.
- at https://danier.com/a/returns. Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
- Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package.
- CLEARANCE and Care Product items are FINAL SALE, and can NOT be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
- All Purchases made after December 24th. 2023 will follow our regular 14 day return policy from date of receipt.
FOR EXCHANGES
- Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
- Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
- Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
For RETURNS:
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
- You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
- Please note, we can issue online credits.
- We do not offer refunds on shipping fees.

One-time return labels are provided for Exchange or Online store credit only. The item(s) must meet the following conditions:
-The item must be in the Regular price/ Sale merchandise.
-The item price must be $100 or more.
-You will receive the return label through email once your return request is approved.
-If the item is not shipped within 7 business days of approval of the return request, it will be canceled.
If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, or does not have the original hang tag attached, your return will be rejected, and you will not be refunded. Our Customer Service team will notify you via email and give you two options:
1.The item can be reshipped to you at your cost.
2.The item can be donated to a local shelter.
