RETURN and REFUND POLICY

Online Purchases must be returned only through the online return portal.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt, based on Shipping Tracking Receipt records.

One-time return labels are provided for Exchange or Online store credit only. The item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be  Regular price or Sale merchandise.
  2. The item price must be $100 or more before tax.
  3. You will receive the return label through email once your return request is approved.
  4. If the item is not shipped within 7 business days of approval of the return request, it will be canceled.

All CLEARANCE merchandise is Final Sale, and NOT eligible for Refund or Exchange.

Clearance and Care products are not eligible for any additional discounts.

All Care Product merchandise is NOT eligible for refund or exchange. ​

Price adjustments will be made with the original receipt, within 7 days of the date of purchase on regular price merchandise only.​

Price adjustments will not be made on sale/clearance merchandise.​

Refunds/exchanges will not be permitted after the allowable return period.

Please allow us 2-4 weeks to process a lost package refund.

DOMESTIC ONLINE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please complete the https://danier.com/a/returns form on www.danier.com and you will be provided with further instructions on how and where returns should be shipped. ​

Online Purchases must be returned only through the online return portal.

If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, or does not have the original hang tag attached, your return will be rejected, and you will not be refunded. Our Customer Service team will notify you via email and give you two options:

  1. The item can be reshipped to you at your cost.
  2. The item can be donated to a local shelter.

If we do not receive a response within 7 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.
We work diligently to get returns processed as quickly as possible. Typically, when an item is received in our Returns Facility, it will be processed within 2-3 business days. 

We recommend using a trackable service to send you returns to avoid lost in transit issues.
We regret that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received in our Return Facility. 

Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. The shipping fee is not refundable.

If an item is canceled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, taxes, or shipping fees related to the item.

Wool Garments where protective stitching has been removed from pockets or vents are NOT eligible for refund, return, or exchange.​

If you return an item that is worn, damaged, stained, and/or does not have the original hang tag attached, your return will not be processed, and you will not be refunded.

For online returns that are non-refundable, our Customer Service will notify you via email and offer you 2 options:

  1. The item can be reshipped to you at your cost.
  2. The item can be donated to a local shelter.

  • Return shipping costs to the Returns Facility are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your total refund.
  • Please note that items coming from international locations must first pass-through customs at the Canadian border before arriving in our Returns Facility in Ontario to be processed.  Then it could take upwards of 3-5 business days to get to our Returns Facility.  We appreciate your patience.
  • Once the item is received and approved for a refund, we will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and taxes originally paid on the returning item, in the same currency as your original order.   The cost of return shipping to our Returns Facility will be at your expense.
  • If an item is canceled prior to shipping from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item, taxes, or shipping fees related to the item.
  • We regret that we cannot issue refunds for merchandise not received by DANIER
  • At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges on international orders.
  • Orders shipped to international destinations cannot be returned to a Danier retail store.

PLEASE NOTE: Please be advised that CA$25 will be deducted from the refund amount for Canada Custom Clearance.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If for any reason you are not happy with the comfort, look and fit of your DANIER product, we want to make it easy for you to return.  

  • Your original or gift receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
  • All returns will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • All regular priced items to be considered for a full refund must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
  • Gift merchandise to be considered for exchange must be returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original hang tags attached.
  • Sale merchandise will be considered for exchange only if returned within 7 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in new and unworn condition with all original tags attached and ready for another customer to love.

All CLEARANCE, Samples, and less than perfect merchandise are  FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund.

All CARE PRODUCT merchandise is Final Sale and NOT eligible for Return, Exchange, or Refund. ​

All DANIER apparel and accessories are quality guaranteed for 60 days after purchase, excluding Clearance and Sample Sale merchandise.  This quality guarantee includes stitching and hardware issues only.   If you have any concerns about the workmanship of our products, bring them back to one of DANIER locations or send them back us and we will fix or replace it. 

DANIER  WARRANTY

DANIER warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship  and may be eligible for repair within 60 days from the initial purchase date (proof of purchase required).

  • What is covered under the DANIER  warranty?- DANIER trade mark wares- Zipper malfunction- Hardware malfunction- Defects in materials and/or workmanship
  • What is not covered under the DANIER  warranty?

    - Normal wear & tear due to using the product
    - Gradual increase/loss of color/loss of shape due to sun exposure, water, salt, calcium or other chemicals
    - Any odor to product and/ or color fading due to solvents or other products used by the customer that are non-DANIER
    - Damage due to improper care,  misuse,  or accident
    - Damage caused by a dry cleaner due to negligence (not following care instruction label sewn inside the coat)
    - Damage caused by any alteration, service or repair performed by a third-party

This is because the reproduction of colours on images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of garments you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this.
