The classic tailoring of our BRENNA coat allows you to look put together, while remaining comfortable and warm throughout the season. Expertly crafted from a luxurious wool blend, the style’s design includes a button-front closure, belted waist, high stand collar, in-seam front pockets and buttoned sleeve tabs. The slim-cut silhouette is both flattering and timeless and the lined interior ensures the coat slides on easily over light layers.

ONLINE POLICY

  • All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns. 
  •  Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package. 
  • FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. 
  • All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.

   FOR EXCHANGES

  • Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
  • Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

   For RETURNS:

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.

  • Please note, we do not provide refunds on shipping fees.

Received this for Christmas, absolutely loved it until 4 buttons fell off the second time I wore it. I’m handy with a needle and thread but I was not impressed given the price, I would have expected better quality. There are no extra buttons or thread provided so if I hadn’t noticed when I did I’d be out several buttons.

I mostly have 2 complaints. The size is bigger than I thought. I usually wear XS and in this brand I could order an XXS., the 3XS instead of 2XS.A second complaint is regarding how well the buttons are sewed. Unfortunately several are pretty loose making it essential to tighten them up. For that price I would expect better buttons attachment than it is. Otherwise no complaints. Will buy a different model in the future for sure.
