ONLINE POLICY
- All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
- Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package.
- FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
- All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.
FOR EXCHANGES
- Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
- Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
- Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
For RETURNS:

I love it. Went in holidays to Toronto, where it happened to be-25 outside. Jacket little me so warm. Looks awesome too.
Jacket is nice , good for tall people.
Excellent design, good leather. Size M fit true size , if you are using it for hard winter you should consider a larger size for better fit wearing with sweater, I’m happy with this Jacket

Beautiful coat. Bought it for my husband for Christmas. Beautiful fit, very soft and warm. Buttons are a little stiff but sure they will loosen up over time. Very happy with my purchase and getting it on sale was another added bonus. Like that it covers his butt..lol! He’s 72 and needs that length in the winter, spring and fall..

Originally ordered a size Medium but it was a bit too big for me. Online return process was ok. Although, an option to return in one of their stores would be more convenient. Jacket is well made and warm. I like the lenght of the jacket. I'm glad I purchased this jacket when it was on sale.
Danier took the Canada Post strike in stride and delivered my purchase to my door in a couple of days via UPS. The coat was a gift for my husband’s 50th birthday and he loves it. This is his third coat from Danier and the price and craftsmanship remain excellent. Very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend Danier.
