RETURN POLICY

ONLINE POLICY

  • All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns. 
  •  Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package. 
  • FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. 
  • All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.

   FOR EXCHANGES

  • Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
  • Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

   For RETURNS:

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
  • Please note, we do not provide refunds on shipping fees.

         Sorry, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on FINAL SALE and Care Product merchandise. These items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Love, love my wallet! Love the smell of leather! Lots of compartments and a good size! Fits my Google phone with cover no problem! My Coach phone wallet zipper went and the cost to fix it is the cost of the wallet so instead, I went back to Danier for my phone wallet. I have had at least 3 Danier phone wallets over the years and given them as gifts. Really happy I found it in red and on sale! I miss having a Danier store in my city, they have really nice leather goods.

What a cool design in a sexy red! This wristlet fits my iPhone 14 Plus. Loads of card slots - a nice bonus given how payments are mostly via phone. I also use the key ring from my Colette bucket to slip keys into the zipper pocket. A dust cover was also included. My previous Danier wallet (a delicious yellow from their factory outlet) lasted for over a decade. These three (including Colette bucket & Aberdeen wallet) look and feel like the same excellent quality.

The wallet is a beautiful red. Lots of room. I do wish it came with a strap for over the shoulder. You cant even buy a strap it doesnt have the d rings, which is very disappointing. Other then that its a great wallet.

Almost feels like it is suited to a left handed person, at least for the way I use it. Credit card slots are not large enough to put the cards the way I was able to use in my old Danier.
