ONLINE POLICY
- All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
- Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package.
- FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
- All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.
FOR EXCHANGES
- Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
- Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
- Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

Great coat. I returned the Medium for a small and it still has wiggle room but perfect for another layer under. I'm 5'8 and I weigh 64 kg. It's nice and long, super soft and cozy. I also love how big the hoody is cause I have lots of hair

It's still summer so I have not had a chance to wear the coat, but it is beautiful to look at and felt very comfortable when I tried it on. The leather is very soft and has a nice sheen. I am almost looking forward to the cold weather.

Extremely well fitting, very warm jacket. Gives a very good look and coverage in extreme cold outdoors. The zippers could have been smoother .
My wife loved the jacket. However, it didn't provide the warmth we expected. Despite being rated for -30°C, she felt cold and started shivering at -17°C. It's a good jacket for mild winter days, but not ideal for extreme cold.

Beautiful coat. Possibly a little snugger than I would have liked. A sweater ornhoodie underneath might be pushing it. Wearing it tomorrow for the first time and will see how it does in cold weather.
This is the best coat - not one bit of wind or cold gets through. I wish they would make pants too haha !

I love this coat! The leather is amazing and it’s very warm. I wore it in -15 and it’s great. I took a size small, in small on top and curvy on the bottom and it fits well. It’s nice and long it hits me under the knee (I’m 5 foot 4 inches). What a deal, is gorgeous!

very nice coat was worried about how warm it would be and it didn't disappoint it keeps me warm on cold days so far I have worn it in -15c weather and its warm! over all I love it! The hood is nice and big for lady's that like to have a big bun.
