ONLINE POLICY
- All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
- Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package.
- FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
- Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
- All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.
FOR EXCHANGES
- Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
- Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
- Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
For RETURNS:

Perfect little bag!
Just ordered a second one for my Mother!..we love it
Beautiful and practical! The leather is thinner than I expected however the craftsmanship is excellent. Happy that I ordered both the light beige and the black!

The bag was exactly as described and expected. It pairs well with anything. I wear it to work so I don’t have a big bag and then add too much. The bag is cute and the leather is beautiful.
I really like the size of this bag. It’s multifunctional & can be relied on as a crossbody bag or elevated as a cute handbag. I chose the Oyster colour as a change & it easily matches with many outfits. It’s not too heavy either. A very fair price for a great quality item! Get one, before it’s gone!
Love this bag!! Perfect size for me as a minimalist but still plenty of room with lots of compartments. Delivered earlier than expected well packaged. Highly recommend this bag and Danier!
