RETURN POLICY

ONLINE POLICY

• All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns. 
•  Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
• Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package. 
• FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
• Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. 
• All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.

   FOR EXCHANGES

• Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
• Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
• Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

   For RETURNS:

• Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.
• You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.
  
• Please note, we do not provide refunds on shipping fees.

         Sorry, no returns or exchanges will be accepted on FINAL SALE and Care Product merchandise. These items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE PURCHASES

All shipping costs and returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Due to variations in devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets, and desktops, the colours shown may differ from those of the product you receive. This is because the reproduction of colours in images viewed on different devices may not be precise or accurate. It is not possible to guarantee that the colours of the garments you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online.
