ONLINE POLICY

  • All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns. 
  •  Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package. 
  • FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. 
  • All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.

   FOR EXCHANGES

  • Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
  • Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

   For RETURNS:

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.

  • Please note, we do not provide refunds on shipping fees.

Beautiful coat! Very warm and not to heavy however the coat does run larger than the measurement. I'm usually a small but got a medium based on the measurements listed. I should have purchased a small but otherwise I love the coat!

The jacket is gorgeous. It's warm and made very well. Feels like wearing a big blanket. It's not heavy and I know it'll keep me super warm in the winter. Only downside.. I'm always a large in clothing and coats ( 6'1 feet , 190 lbs ) but this coat is too big for me. I should've went with the medium. It definitely fits larger. Still worth the buy!
