ONLINE POLICY

  • All items must be in unworn condition, with tags attached and with a valid Return Authorization number (RMA#), which can be obtained at https://danier.com/a/returns. 
  •  Please allow up to 2 business days for your return request to be approved.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email with the RMA# and instructions on how to return your package. 
  • FINAL SALE (prices ending in 0.99 or 0.88) and Care Product items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment. 
  • All purchases made after December 24th. 2025 will follow our regular 10 day return policy from date of receipt.

   FOR EXCHANGES

  • Only size/colour exchanges for same style at same price will be processed.
  • Please specify the size you wish to receive in place in your exchange request, and we will send you the RMA# once the size has been reserved for you. If we are unable to secure a replacement unit in the requested size, we will email you to inform you of next steps.
  • Once your package is received in our warehouse, we will issue the exchange and ship your new item within 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped.

   For RETURNS:

  • Refunds will only be processed back to the original method of payment.

At first, I was SO happy to find this coat. I had been looking at more expensive jackets, and in addition to the price, this one ticked all the boxes: inner cuff with thumb holes, storm flap over the zipper, inner pocket, right length, double zipper, zippered side vents, detachable fur on the hood...and then I took it for a test wear outside in -10 and I couldn't believe how COLD I was while wearing it (and I had on layers!) my "thinner" 3/4 Columbia jacket is a literal furnace compared to the Stacie and I'm so disappointed. Don't get me wrong, it's a really good looking coat, but I realize that if you pay the money for something, it should really be spot-on. This one ultimately missed the mark, so sadly it had to be returned.
